Suggested Applications

Gelatin peptone can enter as an ingredient in the constitution of culture media where a high degree of clarity is required. It can be used in the preparation of media for easy-to-cultivate, non-fastidious microorganisms. It can be used in culture media in combination with other nitrogen sources, such as Tryptone, Yeast Extract or Beef Extract, with which it is perfectly compatible.
